This combination exfoliates and softens while helping heal dry, itchy skin - including symptoms of eczema. This soap may also help reduce skin inflammation and soothe dry & damaged skin. Coconut milk enriches and completes this natural, handcrafted soap. It contains high anti-oxidants.
